There are numerous types of ceramic surfaces found in multiroom facilities: boardrooms, restaurants, kitchens, bathrooms, lobbies, pools and laundries. These include sinks, tiles, roofing and various other surfaces.
Problems with such surfaces include degradation from cleaning, staining, mold growth, scuffing and wear.
| The results are loss of gloss, slipping, repair downtime and high maintenance costs. MicroGuard products are designed to work on grout, as well as ceramic surfaces. Products enhance the slip coefficient by 35% over the original surface (ASTM 1038), offer a higher shine than wax, are easy to clean with water or a mild soap, restore faded surfaces and prevent oxidation on new surfaces. In addition, MicroGuard will not support mold growth, and will resist wear and prevent staining. Product warranty with approved application is Five (5) years on nonhorizontal or nontraffic surfaces.
